Pack Your Items
Place your items in the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring all fashion accessories and tags are included inside.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
